The team at Travis Perkins Ripley have been nothing but exceptional. I have started a project at home with very little knowledge and they have been very informative and helpful from day one. Huge thanks to Zoe for her excellent customer service I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for tools or materials.
Second visit today to collect an order. Really helpful folk in the yard - go above and beyond to help you out. On the first visit one of the team even sawed my timber in half to get it in the van safely. Also appreciated that they didn't assume my ability (as a woman) and struck a balance between being helpful and letting me get on with the bits I could do myself.

Made delivery in artic today very professional forklift driver. Also good banksman as had to reverse out onto main road.
The whole team were very helpful, professional and reliable. There are other TP's closer to me, however I was recommended to use the Ripley Branch by a friend. Dan went out of his way to get the parts I needed, delivery arrived exactly when they said it should and the prices were very competitive. Thank you, will use again and definitely reccomend.

Would give this store no stars. As i went in to hire an item . The male and female there did not want to do any thing . And lied about hireing items. Then lied to customer service . So stay clear of this store . Go to the one in langley mill. As that store goes the extra mile to help the customer. I would sack the staff at the ripley store and get ones who want to help customers
