After having 22 bags of washed gravel delivered last year to my home less than 2 miles away and no delivery charge. Today I had a top up bag delivered at an increased price and then delivery charge of £10 on top. Although, very happy with Frank Key previously. Extremely upset now, especially as I am in my 80’s..
Great company to deal with... Very rare that I give a review, and if I do its usually a bad one... On this occasion though I must say that the experience with Frank Key at Somercotes was brilliant. Ian in the Hire Dept sorted everything out for our Mini Digger and Chipper, having to extend the hire period was no problem either. Overall great customer service and a great deal on the hire costs.

Be wary. These are picking and choosing who to sell to. Won't let me pick up what I need and won't deliver to my area. Won't allow me to give them a place for exchange due to social distancing.
