Tina was an absolute star, genuine bantersaurus Rex and went to the back for me to get some bourbons without being asked to. Amazing customer service, would visit again

I swing by here maybe once a week. They have a small but good selection of essentials and treats. The staff are efficient and friendly, customers generally fine. Most notably, they play surprisingly good music.
Had a nice experience in there today. A member of staff asked how I was doing, & after a short but friendly exchange they told me to have a nice evening. These small these do matter and are much appreciated!
This TESCO is just a stone throw away from my place. We visit at least 2 times a week. You can find everything that you need however the prices are a little higher than the bigger stores. It’s saves a lot of time that we take to visit the bigger stores.
Lovely staff very friendly and go.out their way to help you , reasonable selection of food items .
Woman with no teeth behind counter was very rude to me
Rude staff that decide it’s appropriate to bang on your window and yell at you when (parked in a designated car spot) you are blocking their lorry driver from turning around, who was also incredibly rude. I was a paying customer who was sorting my things before leaving the car park. This is highly inappropriate and scared the life out of my daughter who was sat by the window that was aggressively banged on. Train your staff to be more considerate.
The white security is very racist, and might need some training. I was followed throughout the whole store, until the end I was paying. Maybe someone should tell him, that just because a customer is black doesn’t mean they’re going to steal. This is so saddening in 2021. To be still be racially profiled in a store. I could still feel is EYES on me even when I was leaving the store. Ridiculous!!!
Great places for buying house products. Lots of food varieties available to choose across wide range of products.meat and baked items are always fresh. Self check machines are available for quick check out. Staff manned tills are also available for people who prefer to check out with staffs. Ice creams are also available very helpful during summer and moreover it's very close to Erith town which makes our life easier coming by walk to shops and close to local shops...Fuel station is also available near by for vehicle users....Great place to buy fresh hot and cold foods.
