    Extremely helpful staff at Asda Opticians. I suffer with migraines associated with visual aura. They helped me on the spot and went out of the way to carry out an eye examination. This gave me so much relief and peace of mind that my eye health is fine and the visual aura is due to migraine and not due to any eye abnormality. They were super helpful and supportive. Wishing them all a happy Xmas and a happy new year.

    Just repeat ordered some jeans. All fine except for the collection day. I specifically put that I wanted to collect it next Tuesday, because I knew I would be passing the store around midday, that day, but when the order confirmation came through it said Tuesday AFTER 5pm. That is utterly stupid!!! I then rang the help line. Neither they, nor I can cancel the order. They cannot change the delivery date. Friendly guy on customer help line, but Asda is utterly awful, useless, with dreadful customer service.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience in this store. When I opened the pack of raspberries I bought, I found a dead fly inside the container, sitting right among the fruit. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of hygiene and proper quality control. The raspberries were also mushy and going off, even though they were still within the date. Clearly no one checked them properly before putting them on the shelf. On top of the poor product quality, the staff here are very slow and not kind to customers. They never seem willing to help, and serving shoppers looks like an inconvenience to them. There is no friendliness, no professionalism, and no effort to provide decent customer service. Another issue is the way they make customers scan bags before buying the items, even though the tills clearly have an option to scan bags after the shopping is completed. The staff force people to do it the wrong way, which makes the process more confusing and frustrating for shoppers. It feels like unnecessary pressure and poor training. Altogether, this has been a very unpleasant experience. I expect a refund and an explanation for both the poor hygiene and the unprofessional service. This store urgently needs better staff training and stricter quality control on fresh products.

    Visited this morning & only 2 "staffed" tills open. Poor staff, poor customers. It took over 20 minutes to queue. I wanted to use my voucher from the new app & the cashier was unable to advise me how to use it. We had to go trial & error. More time wasted for everyone. There should be more training management-come on, you make enough dosh from this store, help out your staff & customers! Apparently there were only 2 "staffed" tills open on Saturday too! Then I needed to return some clothes & twice people were served in front of me & the lady before me. Again, a lack of staff, only one poor person having to deal with 2 queues-ridiculous. Very poor management. No wonder nobody wants to work there.

    I've been shopping at Asda for a while now, and overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. The stores are always clean and well-organized, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. I appreciate the wide variety of products available, and the prices are usually quite competitive. The online shopping service is also convenient and reliable. The only reason I'm not giving Asda 5 stars is that occasionally there are stock shortages or long lines at the checkout, but this is understandable given the current situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend Asda to others looking for a reliable and affordable supermarket.

    Wide range of products and very good customer service. Scan and go makes it easier to shop. Only trouble is some of the kitchen appliances doesn’t work properly.

    Well stocked with a great variety of items. It is also very neatly arranged and has a good number of self check-out and manned/staffed check-out tills. The few times I've been it was quite busy but the experience wasn't bad.
