The parking system is terrible. If you make even a small mistake, such as staying just over 20 minutes, you’ll be charged at least £60.
Went in at 7.30pm lady working there in glasses huffing and puffing because she had to serve me go home if you’re so tired because your customers service skills sucked! Don’t know how people like her get a job at a big franchises like Tesco.

Me and a few mates were paying for some things, my mate asked me for a bag and without thinking accidentally put an item in it without scanning it (we scanned everything else and this item we missed wasn't even the most expensive thing). As we were leaving the security guard blocked us and was quite hostile and was clearly trying to intimidate us. He kept asking us how many items were in the bag, obviously we were confused about what he was on about. When we realised our mistake we offered to pay for the item we missed but even after this point he was accusing us of intentionally stealing, saying he saw us on the camera acting shifty (straight lie) and he could get us arrested. I know he's doing his job but there were so many different ways of approaching it. As someone who works in a similar industry I would never normally write a review, I just found it absolutely shocking and quite embarrassing.
It's a good local store but not the cheapest place to shop ,sells most food items plus soaps and headache tablets etc,staff are OK and helpful, only problem is there's a bus stop directly outside the shop and you sometimes get scroungers begging for money
The worst Tesco I have ever been they closing door every day more than an hour only reason delivery!!
Whoever that cashier is that is working now. The only one on the till , you are a disgrace to tesco and customer service , your attitude is disgusting , I'd get better customer service from toilet roll , if you were employed by me you'd have been sacked within 1hour you let this store down majorly.
Tesco express is a nice and cozy place. Excellent customer self and self service section but most of their items are a bit too expensive than Tesco extra and some other shopping malls around.
The shop itself is fine, I've been able to get everything I've needed to make it through the academic year here. But the here's the annoying thing, after a recent shopping trip I've realised that none of the employees were wearing masks at all. Not the ones behind the counter, not the ones that stock the shelves. Granted, the counter has a big glass divide now, so I'm not worried about that, but not a soul stocking the shelves was wearing a mask. I felt a bit like a buffoon wearing one in there. I don't wear one to protect myself, I do it to protect others, and it would be nice if the employees would do the same.
