   LEO REECE ISABEL The above named staff provided me excellent customer service & helped me put multi Purpose Compost into a trolley and into my car. They also helped me clean the bags of compost before loading it. Very happy and appreciate it!! 5*

   Worst store I have ever visited! Where do I start! It looked like a jumble sale, stock everywhere on the shelves messy with no tickets and some shelves had no tickets at all. Rubbish on the floors, pallets of stock all over the place tripping me up, when I asked for help, and mentioned we are not seeing prices for the things we wanted, her reply was (I'm not bothered it's not my department) shocking, we walked. Out didn't buy anything and we won't be back. Staff was none existent just a bloke on the till who had to use his headset to get me help.

   Poor customer service If u hire teens that wunna walk around with their fone then have zero star rating So I came specifically for an item was not on the hanging rack asked the girl dhe just ignored me carrying on walking with her fone I had to follow her ask her please cud u chk stock see if there is any in the bk/warehouse Na if there is none there we not got any n walked off Nuffink like we got this or that or suggest other store that mite have it or anything else u need

   Visited The Range at Castle Park, Radford Boulevard, and had a great experience. The store is spacious, well-organised, and offers a huge selection of homeware, garden supplies, kitchen items, and décor — all in one place.    Finally had a day off and decided to do DYI on my house. From the shop assistants helping me find bathroom sealant and adhesive, to them answering all my questions as I don't know much about DIY. The checkout staff was incredibly friendly and wonderful. Even going above and beyond with helping me carry a mirror to my Uber as I couldn't carry everything by myself. Everyone at the range made what could have been a very stressful trip into an absolute wonderful experience and I can't thank the staff enough. I will be shopping here again in the future.

   Have everything you need and want. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always go there first and get what I need. Have some good reductions on items. Easily decorate your whole home on a budget. My favourite shop !!!!!!!
