Friendly staff, very good variety of products including clothes,.shoes, home products and tech. Also, very good quality for cheap. All of you who works at Tkmaxx should feel very proud of themselves. Thank you and would recommend for anyone

This shop needs to get it’s act together. If you go in at lunchtime, expect to spend half of it in a queue. They have 12 tills yet have only 2 open. I tried to pay at the jewellery counter, but was refused by a woman that stood there doing nothing (even though I’ve paid there before). At peak times, deploy your staff differently. It’s not rocket science.
The collection of shoes are really good at discounted prices! The price of clothes seems to be a bit much since they are discounted. But the collection is quite good.
So weird. The first time I saw this place, I figured it was some weird TJ Maxx clone. Well, I was right. Turns out they are both owned by the same company. It didn’t click until I read the description on Google Maps. I was like… “Hey! That sounds like Winners.” (We have that in Canada). Anyway, the store is huge. Three levels. A big selection of clothing, housewares and toys. My 6 year old was only interested in the toys. When the family went together, we were browsing shoes and found our daughter a pair. £15! Around $24 Canadian. We’ve seen similar brands in the Winners in Toronto priced at $35 + tax. It appears things may be cheaper here depending on what it is. Checking out was easy. It was the only interaction we had with staff.
I love this place when I want some decent candles or some quirky socks... However why do the till staff act like they are enslaved? Filthy looks, grim attitude and they carry on like they would rather be in traction. Bad customer service
Have always loved either shopping or browsing at TK Maxx. A lot interesting things you can find in here at the bargain prices. Never get bored visiting TK Maxx every weekend. My Fav shop ever.
