   My mum and I did a food shop here. The next day she cooked a bag of frozen prawns. While she was eating them a huge fish bone got stuck in her tongue and she had to pull it out. She bled quite a bit but luckily it stopped, otherwise she'd have had to go to a and e. There shouldn't be any bones in prawns in the first place so really shocked as to how this happened. Clearly really bad quality control. More care needs to be taken so this doesn't happen again.

   A new member of staff in particular is very rude and manager seriously needs a word with this man. Other than that, the other staff are ridiculous! One serving at the till while another 3/4 staff are around the store just talking!! Waited 35 minutes in the line a while back and not one member of staff came to help out. Ridiculous.

   Great staff always very helpful. This is not my local Iceland but it's handy on the way home if you need to grab a few things and also for that bug shop at the weekends.
