   Gotta be honest here i dunno how this store in terms of Staff and how they do things here has literally not changed in over like 15 Years not even joking. 1 person usually on the till with a queue a mile long and then you have 3 staff packing the shop like what is going on here. Also i've noticed the manager has been here a long time and i can tell she does not like change. In my eyes new management is needed and more staff on the till at least 3 at all time so it keeps the flow of customers flowing more consistently. I detest having to go in here now cause of the large queues and inconsistent staff.

   I visited the store for the first time, and it wasn't too crowded. There is a lot of packaged vegetarian food available. Although only one cash counter was open, the lady working there was very quick. Parking is paid, but you can get a refund if you spend £5. Overall, the service is good, but you can't walk in with your dogs. I'm not sure about the policy for guide dogs.

   The staff are sometimes a bit standoffish but if you are friendly to them then they are nicer. The store has moved stuff around recently, a decent amount of fresh and chilled food as well as the cheap processed frozen stuff that the company is well-known for. Prices are pretty keen - cheaper than the co-op just down the road.
