Atousa has done my PRF treatment at the nottingham branch and she is really nice and i have no problems with my treatment, she is a lovely person and always asks if im okay and is the best person to do this treatment!
I started treatment with Este Medical Group at the Nottingham branch, specifically the PRF treatment. I have now completed my second appointment, both with the lovely Arousa. For my first appointment, she walked me through the entire process and explained exactly how it worked. This was helpful for my peace of mind, as it enabled me to completely understand what was happening and the benefits of the treatment. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but Arousa had no problem answering them all and remained professional throughout. During my initial PRF appointment, she kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Afterward, she explained what I should do for my aftercare. Before I left, she made sure I understood everything and encouraged me to book my next appointment. Today, I completed my second PRF appointment with Arousa, and the experience was just as professional and comfortable as the first. She is a very cheerful person and is always smiling. My experience so far has been pain-free, and I am looking forward to my next visit. I would also like to mention Raja, with whom I completed my consultation. He was also amazing, and I would not be undergoing any treatment without him.

Professional , Superb service from all members of staff who provide a complete laser hair treatment. Dr. Sultan and Shamas answer all questions and concerns in such a friendly and calming manner and always put client at the forefront of their service. Both Dr. Sultan and Shamas are wonderfully amiable gentleman , making one feel at ease and comfortable and are most hospitable hosts always offering tea and coffee and refreshments. All members of staff from reception onwards are a credit to the company. Their laser treatment is second to none and highly recommended .
Este medical Nottingham is by far the best and most welcoming clinic I have attended. I would highly recommend to all friends and family. The staff are amazing, very polite and professional. I would like to thank Shamas for providing with the best treatment for my hair growth as I have achieved phenomenal results from it. I would also like to thank the receptionists for all the help they have provided.
If your hair is falling out or you would like to thicken your hair, do not go to this place. The first major red flag are the staff, there is 1 Dr who works here and the other people doing the treatment are quite literally his children or family members who aren't qualified. I noticed my hair was slightly falling out and decided to go here for an examination, he took one look at my scalp and said 'there could potentially be an infection here' yet decided to continue with his treatment rather than referring me or advising me to see a dermatologist (second red flag), naively, I complied with him. The treatment was micro-needling, hair oil and laser treatment for ~40 minutes. The third red flag was when he told me to microneedle my scalp every single day, this should NOT be done, the scalp requires time to heal, and ideally should only be done once a week, after raising this concern to him he essentially shrugged it off, I did not listen to him for this. I did this treatment for about 1-2 months, where every time he saw me he was saying he can see my hair was improving, and that the hair fall had stopped when it quite evidently had not. The fourth red flag was when I went for a session, the Dr was not present and so his daughter was doing my hair, instead of using the oil she used minoxidil, something which I did not want being used, again, highlighting the fact that someone who is unqualified should NOT be filling in for an absent professional. I later quit my treatment, 1 year later I am left with a scalp condition that I am having to treat privately. The infection is bad, and the people I have seen have all said there is an extremely high chance this is due to the micro-needling. Do not be a fool, and do not go here.
For the 3 nights I was in Istanbul, I was in complete communication with the staff, and the transportation to and from the airport, hotel and clinic were all on time and efficient. The clinic itself was immaculate, with all the staff being polite, professional and well-presented. The surgery itself, which took around 7 hours from start to finish, was near enough painless. I have now returned to Nottingham and will continue to visit Sultan at the Este clinic for aftercare. I would recommend anyone to use Este for a hair transplant, as they have been very professional throughout.
