I absolutely adore the baby nests from little chick! They’re super soft and cosy! I had one with my first daughter and new I had to get another for my second! Great items, amazing quality and just the best!
I ordered an item from here and the team couldn’t have been more helpful even though the item was out of stock. They quickly arranged a replacement which I received within 3 days of ordering! Great service!
Product seemed fine but not what I wanted. Tried to get a refund but not had a response after 2 weeks (which is also their window for returns). Bad customer service. No address to post the returned product. Not sure what to do. Edit: now received correspondence by texting the mobile number listed on the Google company listing. Received refund now too. Not sure why none of my emails and website web form messages didn't reach the company though. Correspondence was friendly and courteous and seem like a nice and honest company, so possibly just a technical error. Therefore, updated my rating.
Fantastic products and great customer care too. I was gifted the little chick london baby crib and can honestly say it was amazing! I had looked into alternatives before seeing this crib but a lot of the reviews I read all said that babies outgrew them by 4 months and many parents then felt forced into moving their baby into their own room due to lack of space. My daughter was able to sleep next to me but in her own space until she was 7 months old and could have continued sleeping there for another 2 or so months had it not been my decision to move her into her own room. The sides of the crib are mesh so I never worried about breathing issues and the crib folded very easily for the times I felt I needed extra space (could easily have been put up and down throughout the day). The Scandinavian style was modern and appealing to me too! A truly fantastic product that I’d recommend over and over again. The company themselves have always been incredibly helpful, efficient with dispatching orders and have always provided with me with excellent customer service and their products are very well priced in comparison with competitors. We have had several Little Chick products and our son has loved them. The 2-Stage Comfort Nest has been great - the bamboo fabric is really soft and because it folds in two it’s really easy to tidy away or take with you when travelling. We used the wedge insert for tummy time too. The twinkle lights bedtime soother is great too, the lights are really fascinating for little ones.
Lovely, quality products. I'm a first time grandma and my daughter loved the 4-in-1 maternity cushion, which went from supporting her bump to supporting my grandson during feeding and tummy time. She also loved the Comfort Nest and it travelled with them everywhere in the early months making a convenient napping area at home and when visiting us. But the favourite of all has been the Twinkle Light Bedtime Soother. My grandson had this beside him every night as part of his bedtime routine from the very beginning and now at 15 months he won't go to bed without it. We also have one at our house and his other grandmas house because it is so important to him. If he wakes in the night, he turns the Twinkle Light on himself now and soothes himself back to sleep without waking everyone else - a win-win all round!
Great experience with Little Chick London. I ordered the wedge pillow which was dispatched the day of purchase and then arrived the very next day. The pillow itself has been a lifesaver for my pregnancy back pain, it has so many uses, I love it!! Would highly recommend this company and their products.
