I have visited multiple times for baby swim classes. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything is well organized, and the atmosphere is perfect for little ones. Highly recommended!

Attended regular swimming sessions over the summer, but recently been completely put off for 2 reasons and will not go back. Mainly since schools started, they OVERCROWD the SWIM FOR ALL sessions in the afternoon where all lanes are taken away for school lessons and anyone that booked SWIM FOR ALL (today there was 25 of us) were crammed into the side, which was made even smaller at 6.15pm. This is not realistic or enjoyable because that section is used by kids and adults with babies so you can't swim in a lane one by one like you do when the FAST OR SLOW lanes are open, rather you try to avoid being kicked. SO, the staff should leave at least one sectioned off SLOW LANE for people that want to swim. I was in a group of 4, as there was no space to swim, we left after 20mins and we wanted a refund, which was not given so I feel robbed to be honest as its not fair to pay nearly 20 quid for 20mins. The manager on duty 'Martin' was completely disrespectful, condescending, repetitive and UNPROFESSIONAL. He accused me of being disrespectful from begining after we had to wait 15mins for him because he was extremely 'busy' talking to colleagues, and the man at the reception who was very friendly and helpful but couldn't help with a refund, kept saying go over to the door to the pool (restricted for staff only) and get Martin. So I tried getting Martin, and basically got told in a rude manner to wait as he's extremely busy and he'll get to us when he's got time. He then refused to listen to the problem (as just explained above) and provide an acceptable solution, rather kept repeating several times how I booked the wrong session and I should book the Fitness session and how this is normal (getting bashed in the face by others and going to a swimming pool to not swim), which I explained is not right for several reasons. Additionally the times that fitness sessions are offered are ridiculous, either really early or late in the day. So will try one of the other Swimming pools in Belfast or surrounding areas, and Olympia really needs to get better management....

I've been in Spa centre before, unfortunately this time was the most disappointing. My sister came from overseas just gor a weekend to visit me. I'd booked SPA for us for Sunday- there was flip flops, ropes were so disgusting, washed out, even hadn't belt.....My God experience was awful

Good gym and pool but missing many simple touches that would make it better. Hand sanitizer regularly run out. More hooks needed in showers and changing. Slow to fix broken lockers. Two showers in womenβs wet change that need pressed every 5 secs making it take far longer and use more water to get washed. While one of three is fine. A bit more enforcement of rules by lifeguards to make sharing the pool better for all would be appreciated.

Went to the Spa experience for the first time here and as keen gym goer with allot of back and shoulders injuries I cannot recommend highly enough the deep tissue massage with Agnieska! She was amazing!

Spa facilities here are class. Very clean. You feel well looked after. The changing rooms however in the spa, you canβt swing a cat in which is quite a downfall. Apparently the mens are even smaller. Parking outside when busy (eg when the kidβs football is on) is absolute chaos, doing laps around the place trying to find somewhere, so accessibility isnβt fantastic. These 2 points is why the Olympia loses a star for me. HOWEVER onto the more exciting things which certainly outweighs the not-so-great. This place is super clean and very easy to see itβs looked after so well. Super child friendly. Not been to the swimming pool yet but it looks amazing. Been to a class here with Muriel for Pilates/yoga and she was amazing.
