I stayed here with a friend and our 2 5 year olds! We loved it! Left to our own devices and it was lovely being in the middle of nowhere. The yurt was beautiful and spacious and the bed is sooo comfy in there! My little boy loved the swing, the surroundings and the wild life. We toasted marshmallows & did sparklers on the patio area! We brought our own projector and watched a film inside the yurt by projecting it onto the ceiling of the yurt, it was lovely! Facilities are modern and very clean and the whole area is lit up with fairy lights, it’s beautiful! We ordered a local takeaway (Bombay Joes) that was really good! Will definitely be staying again I really enjoyed myself & so did my little boy

A beautiful one night get away! Stayed in the Earth yurt and it was huge - big enough for a small family. The bed was so comfy! Very clean and lovely decking surrounding with tables, chairs and a bbq. Sat out overlooking the surrounding fields which was gorgeous. Would love to come back in the winter and make use of the wood burner for a very cosy evening. The kitchen and bathroom cabin was very clean and all other guests were respectful in their space. I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the lady who showed us around when we arrived but was very friendly and informative and we were left to our own devices. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights, and it was absolutely amazing. One of the most beautifully serene places I have ever been. We couldn't have been happier! We got to see a meteor shower the first night that left us breathless. The owners were great, the place was clean, and the experience as a whole was amazing. If we could give this more than 5 stars, we would! We recommend this to anyone, and we will most definitely be returning!

First time glamping and what an experience it was. The quality and attention to detail is second to none. From the yurt itself, to the cabin to the bathroom - the whole stay was top notch. The log fire in the yurt is a nice added touch as well which was thoroughly enjoyed. Sleeping in the middle of a heavy thunderstorm topped it off for me. Will definitely be visiting again, hopefully with a bunch of friends next time. Highly recommended. Thanks Phil!

Visited in Sept 2019 (review updated 2020) My partner and I had a wonderful time in Meadow Vale's (biggest) yurt. A relaxing and restorative stay. The yurt is on the luxurious end of a glamping break and has well equipped facilities nearby. This includes a kitchen, bathrooms (x2 shared), and cabin with games, books & visitor info. The owners are friendly and happy to help. There are little touches like extra logs for the wood burner and heating, tea and coffee, other refreshments. Places to sit and relax too. Everything here is clean, high quality and well thought through to accommodate guests' requirements.

I wanted a quiet night away for my partner's birthday. We were greated on arrival by a very friendly and helpful lady, who showed us around the sight and the cabin. We had to middle cabin, with a huge super king, amazingly warm and cosy log burner, and plenty of extra furnishings. Outside all cabins is your our own decked terrace with a hooded bbq, table and chairs. We were able to have a bbq tea and our yurt warmed up so quickly and efficiently. I was a little worried I would be frozen, as it was October and I'm nesh, however we were both absolutely comfortable, and have had the best nights sleep in memory! The bathroom, of which there is two, are very modern, with a double sink, cabinets, underfloor heating, heated towel racks and an enormous cascade shower. The kitchen and dining cabin is communal, but there's plenty of space and more crockery, cookwear and utensils than you could need. Everything in there was spotless, recycling provisions and each yurt has its own fridge. We were both additionally impressed and grateful for the extra effort and diligence in regards infection control around covid. Only two yurts are let out at a time, meaning each party has its own bathroom and there isn't difficulties timing fair access to the communal cabin between parties. The surrounding area is beautiful, Phil provided comprehensive information on local eateries and such, as well as recommending breakfast spots on the day of checkout. The security on site is also excellent. Thank you so much! 10/10.

Wow this is definitely 'luxury' glamping. The facilities are amazing, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare food and make a cuppa of course. The bathrooms are also amazing, better than most hotels I have stayed in and heated too. The bed in the yurt was also very luxurious, a lovely big bed, comfortable and cozy and the yurt itself is beautifully decorated with a lovely log burner. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit whilst watching the stars, the sky was amazing as little light pollution in the lovely quiet countryside. A beautiful setting away from it all, we even saw deer in the early morning mist.
