Great base for exploring Nottingham area. Good dog friendly walks. Friendly and efficient staff. Great cafe on site and large clean showroom.
Just spent a few days here with the Photo Group. Most amazing site, very clean, tidy and well laid out. Amenity block is fabulous, best I've used and the delicious coffee shop is a lovely touch. Beautiful walks from the site too just need to be careful crossing the main road. The staff here are lovely so kind and helpful, we will most definitely return here again at some point, peaceful quiet site, perfect.

Great club site with a cafe and all mod cons facilities-wise. A lovely warm welcome and directions to our pitch. Easy to access, off a wide main road, if you are in a big vehicle.
Great little campsite, nice and quiet, good amenities and spotlessly clean, friendly staff, and to top it off there's a pub across the road for meals but be aware it closes at 8pm. Also good bus link only 20mins to Nottingham centre.
Very well kept site. Had a quick two night stay and enjoyed local walks with the dogs. Washroom block excellent, cafe very warm and welcoming. Sue was lovely, helped us with an electrical issue, and checked later that all was well. Would certainly go back again.
A fantastic site, clean, warm and spacious shower block, wonderful service, cafe and well priced, with superb access to the Park & Ride, local pub/restaurant, country park walks and 20 min bus link to the centre of Nottingham. Can''t recommend the site more - Third stay and will definitely be back again soon...
Lovely site, pet friendly, clean, welcoming amenities block, close to a bus route into Nottingham and a pub that does meals. Went last weekend (25-27 Nov 22) weather was pleasantly nice given the forecast. What's not to like?!
Lovely clean and spacious campsite. Excellent shower block. Perfect for our 4 legged friends with plenty of great walks on the doorstep. Cafe a nice bonus. Had a very reasonably priced carvery meal in the Shepherd's Stonehouse pub a couple of minutes walk away. Looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks time.
First time visiting this weekend. This site has potential to be lovely but found the site staff to be unfriendly, the site overpriced for what it is with lots of extra charges and so many rules! It ruined what we had hoped to be a relaxing weekend away. The shower facilities were lovely and we found some lovely local walks. The free range chickens were our favourite part! We would not be in a hurry to return but will stick to another site quite local overlooking beautiful lakes, with walks on site, lovely clean facilities and also a park and a pub ...... all for £15 cheaper per night.
