We had a great time. The staging was more ambitious than other escape rooms I have done and the puzzles were more imaginative. The host was very welcoming and entertaining.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Escape Room Experience with Amelia! We had an incredible time at this escape room to celebrate my 40th birthday, and a huge part of that was thanks to our host, Amelia. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, energetic, and made the whole group feel excited for the challenge ahead. Her instructions were clear and engaging, and she struck the perfect balance between helpful and hands-off—jumping in with hints only when we really needed them. The rooms themselves were creative, well-designed, and full of satisfying puzzles, but Amelia’s enthusiasm and professionalism made the experience truly stand out. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows. Highly recommended! If you get the opportunity to visit Devon Escape, tou won't be disappointed!
We had an amazing experience at this escape rooms. From the moment we entered Kaz and Indie were super friendly and just lovely. Kaz was our games master for both games we booked and was superb, best games briefing we’ve ever had (and we’ve done a lot of escape rooms!!)! We thoroughly enjoyed both rooms, especially Death on Dartmoor which was very modern and current. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to visit again when the new room is ready!!
We did the Death on Dartmoor escape room on Sunday morning and had a great time!. A very well thought out room with plenty of puzzles and an immersive experience. Definitely one of the best escape rooms we've done, but what really made it for us was our excellent host Amelia. Full of fun and very friendly and made our time in the room even better and also wasn't shy of 'shoveling' some hints our way when needed. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.
We had such a great time at Devon Escapes solving Professor Enright's Enigma. As first time escape room visitors Kane was very kind and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We're already planning on returning to try our hand at 'Death on Dartmoor'.
Absolutely brilliant!!! From the moment we got there to the moment we left-brilliant!! The friendly Emma told us the story before we went into the room. Once in the room we had an hour to find the clues, release the hostages and catch the killer! Very clever clues, that really got the old grey matter working, led us to where the killer was hiding!!! We achieved success with 6 minutes to spare!! This was my first Escape Room but it definitely won’t be the last…..in fact my group are already planning when we can go and try Devon Escapes other rooms. I would very highly recommend this if you have an hour free! It is brilliant and so much fun!!
Excellent experience, great props and materials used, friendly atmosphere. First time doing an escape room and we did it...just! Would def go back. Use google maps to find if you are not local, it is a little hidden away. Large carpark within easy walking distance.
