Earlier this summer we had a carpet fitted in a tight time frame- despite a few hurdles along the way (outside of seymour dugan's control), the carpet was fitted in time and to a high standard thanks to Jon's guidance. The carpet itself is also of high quality for the price point.
Nothing but praise for this first-class store. Took delivery of a beautiful, upholstered divan bed today. Delivery guys were courteous, highly efficient and professional and arrived in time slot given. Sales staff also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and totally customer focused. David was an absolute gent helping us with our house move. He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked carefully and quickly. He went over and above what we had initially discussed and was very transparent and reasonable with his pricing. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for furniture or flooring. It's so nice to be able to have a one-stop shop. The staff are so helpful and we have always found the products to be of the highest standard.
Really disappointed we have used them over the years but the last night carpet not laid right and when we contacted Seymour Dugan we were told the carpet fitters are self employed and nothing they can do. We contacted carpet fitter and response and action was not good. Unfortunately we will not be back for something with a bit of good customer care could have easily been fixed.
Took my mum here to pick a new rug, the choice is the best in Ireland im told and I can see why. Brilliant selection and variety . Mum was delighted with her choice. I was delighted with the service. Gentleman looked after us was amazing even down to sorting a parking spot close to store because mum has knee trouble. I could not speak highly enough of the service we received - and in particular Lauren's enthusiasm and professionalism. She was helpful from start to finish and willing to advise us on hall stairs and landing carpet keeping in mind our need to value for money and keeping costs down- as well as style and durability. This reinforced 3 previous experiences we have had in the past 10 years when buying Rugs from the Rug Gallery- they advised but did not push - offered opinions not hard sales jobs and let us take several rugs home with us to see them in the room. All in all some of the best customer service we have had. Carpet being fitted at the moment- hope that goes as well as the purchase!
