   On the 5th October I rang as it was time to say goodbye to Buster. Reception was helpful and caring. On arrival we went into the room where the vet explained everything.    We have visited the vets twice recently. One visit was the standard annual vaccination for my two cats and the other for my elderly rabbit. The vet who dealt with my rabbit, Big G, was pleasant and thorough. Rabbits are an exotic animal but the vet seemed very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns, observed how G was hopping and was gentle with him. We discussed different treatments and started with the least invasive, an anti inflammatory. The appointment didn't feel rushed and at a time when vetinary care is being scrutinised for it's high costs, I felt we had received good value treatment for our fee. The room was immaculate and even when I queried the dosage of medicine prescribed the next day, I still received a friendly efficient service. On this occasion it was worthy of 5 stars.

   I have been at this vets for years, but the other day they really showed their passion and care towards my girl. My dog got run over and my husband just took her straight into the car. I called warren house and straight away, I said please get her in and they said how far away is he and kept me talking to calm me down saying they will do everything they can. He was there within 5 minutes and there was four waiting for him to take Ruby straight in. They did everything they could for her immediately there was no hesitation but sadly she was also bleeding internally and had to be put to sleep. The staff were extremely sincere and could see this was horrible for them too. Since, I have spoken with them on the phone and the lady on the phone knew who I was straight away as soon as I said her name and she was just lovely talking to me about it. Genuinely care.

   I have all my animals registered with Warren house and have had so for many years. My beautiful little girl, cat, Daisy May passed away a couple of weeks ago and we chose to have her cremated so we could bring her home. We collected her today and the lovely team went the extra mile and saved some of her fur, gave us a willow cat and a sympathy card. Throughout The whole process, from the time we took her in, when she fell poorly, until we collected her ashes to bring her home we and Daisy May have been treated with the utmost respect, empathy and sympathy. The practice were open and honest throughout, which at a time of distress helps with the grieving. Thank you team Warren house. You are all amazing x

   We have been coming here for years and are pleased that the new ownership has just improved on what was already a very good practice. I know that all of my pets are in safe hands and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. They supported us through the final weeks of our boys life with care and patience. They did everything that they could to make his time comfortable and happy; we cant thank them enough for this.
