   Ive visited the hednesford branch throughout last few years, allways very friendly, kind and welcoming to both customers and more importantly our pets. Recently had to take our dog reggie whom was very poorly unexpectedly, staff go above and beyond to get our dog an appointment to see a professional vet. Everything explained to us from the vet, and nurse/s about what our little dog is experiencing, and what care we needed to do etc. As it can be very nervous as a pet owner to have a sudden illness happen. "Thank you"

   Just changed to Hednesford vets and I have got to say i am 200% happy on how they are treating my Jake. We have had dogs for over 30 years they have all lived i hope a fantastic life 14 to 15 years and we have never had a problem 2 border collies 1 border collies mix Jake is 5 years old and was a poorly puppy we have had all our dogs from border collies Trust we wasn't going for a pub but 2 that should have been collected we was shown i picked him up sat on my lap that was it fast forward Jake needs his injections covid even though he knows the vet we went to he ended up being brought out to us and given his injection out side 2nd year covid precautions still in place sent to a completely different practice ends up with Jake is vicious needs muzzling so i trained him he doesn't like it took him to the vets that I normally go to he ended up with a muzzle on scream the vet couldn't even examine him he had gone ridged the vet was someone Jake new from a puppy who had given him his injections it was heart breaking to see him like he was I wasn't happy as there said they would have to put him under i was not happy i called in to our vets in Hednesford market street explained what has gone on 3 weeks in and Jake's confidence is building (the ball and treats help) the way that they are going about socialising him going in looking around checking everything out no muzzle straight up last night to the vet nurse and had a bit of a treat then playing with the ball i just want to say a big thank you to the team at Hednesford vets

   My sick old beautiful dog went in with alot of problems less than 14 days ago I asked to be prescribed another dosage of ear drops, wanted another consultation even though it's been less than 2 weeks and wouldn't even prescribe the medications . Vet was rude wouldn't exactly say what's wrong either so you're left guessing unless you pay a hefty price. In the end we ended up taking him to another vets who explained what was going on, how it was untreatable and the best answer was to be put our family member sleep which we agreed. The day after putting our dog down we received a letter a signed for letter!! Explaining our abusive behaviour and they have end care with them, I can only explain Abusive behaviour because they wouldn't help unless it had Pound sounds in front. This vets ONLY care about money not your animals. We used this vets for years but with no happy outcome, they don't care about your family members they only care about how much money they can get!
