My dad & I usually come in here to collect orders from what we’ve placed on the Next app. The staff we have encountered on the occasions we have been in here are usually very friendly!
Absolutely rubbish service. It said I collected my online item when I haven’t. They scanned it as collected although they ask for name and address in collection so I’m not sure how it went through that, eventually one of the women at the till went to double check k at the back and they found it. This took 40 mins. I wanted to speak to a manager about this, his name was mustafa and he was just waffling a whole load of rubbish and being rude trying to justify why it got put down as collected and nothing he was saying was making sense, when I explained the situation he said he doesn’t see the problem and that the item is now with me. 40 mins of my day wasted on something that’s should’ve taken 2. Absolutely disgusting service and manager was rude.
Went in to next this morning to bring back a dress for my wife and collect a online order for her I didn't have the order code and the lady who served me was nothing short of brilliant a credit to your company I forgot her name superb customer service ta very much
I have no idea what this store does with online orders placed to collect - I have lost count of the times I have gone to collect items I have had notification of that have arrived for collection only to be told ‘they can’t find them’. Not only that, you wait an eternity and usually need to find a member of staff to see if anyone is actually getting parcels. This happens all the time, not a one off, it’s just ridiculous!
The mens trousers were so unorganised it was hard to find a size. Not just one or two rails/sections, literally every rail. From jeans to trousers, chinos etc, it was a complete mess.
Helen & Mandy in Next Home went over and above to help my parents today with their purchase, they are a great asset to the store and staff like this are hard to find these days ! Thanks both
Limited choices and a bit pricey, given that it's next to monsoon, Tk max and M&S who seem to have a lot more variety at competitive prices. That said, the shop looks quite modern and trendy with the staff being quite helpful and friendly.
