   Called the shop to see if they had what I needed, I was asked to go to the website which I did. Ordered and paid for uniform online and they didn’t even have it in stock and no stock for the foreseeable future. Waste of time. Please keep your website updated if that’s where you are directing your customers. Agree with others about the owner. Hasn’t got a friendly vibe this shop.

   Bad customer service. Be warned they do not give refunds. Won’t even consider it even if the items were bought just a few days before and have the receipt. They give a receipt credit note that will probably fade before it’s needed. The man who served me wasn’t very friendly and was not very empathetic either. Very blunt, pointing at the sign saying ‘No refunds’. Avoid if possible. In reply to the shop staffs response: I didn’t say I was not served, I was not aggressive. I am simply saying the man (manager) is not friendly. You can ask anyone who visits this shop and interacts with him.

   It was too late to realise that the same clothes, same quality are available at 20-30% price in shops like Sainsbury's (Tu clothing), Tesco, Primark etc. There is no choice for clothes with logo. Angels wouldn't return money but a credit note, so Keclvin is better option.

The team tirelessly work hard to offer an exemplary service to the local community and during times of immense demand still manage to assist with professionalism. We need to support more of these small businesses particularly after the challenges of the past few years.    Honestly run by a liar. The owner is not an honest man, he made it out like it was my fault that the jumper I went to collect which i initially asked to reserve for me was not there ! He sold it to someone else, this is not how you treat customers. To the replier: if you really cannot recollect who this is i would personally come down and have a chat with you because this is not a fake review. It’s upsetting for me having to call with verification that the jumper I want will be reserved for me and then having to come down and basically tell me it’s my fault for not ordering it. Shocking. If you want to be treated like the suspect then this is the place. Looking at the replies it seems as if they can’t take negative reviews, it’s always the customers fault. Poor, work on your ethics and integrity. Should be ashamed.

   When I have been there previously the other staff is ok but I spoke to the owner today and he is just a very rude man with no absolutely no customer service skills. This is in response to what you have written I have not come to return anything I had just come to buy new uniforms so you have no clue what you are talking about. Just the way you deal with your customer is very rude and you behave like you doing a favour by serving them.

   I'm so suprised by reading some of these poor reviews. These do not reflect the business correctly. I have been coming to angels since my 23 year old son was 4 years old! I have 5 boys in total and the youngest is 5 so have been constantly using angels for numerous years. I am a veteran in uniform, have been elsewhere but this will always be my fave for uniform. I have never once had a bad, rude or terrible experience. Even at their busiest times with queues down the road and flustered last minute shoppers. They are quick and have sufficient staff when it is super busy. The husband and wife are attentive, chatty and helpful and the younger lot are consistently working to help us customers. At their busiest times they are less chatty but that is understandable! The prices are no more expensive than the average school uniform shop and the quality has always been fine. Any issues which have been few have been solved with a credit note or exchange with no qualms. I felt compelled to counteract the comments I've read this morning.
