Pretty useless since they changed management to the current team. They can never find your prescription and talk to you from the back of the shop where you can't hear them. They keep people waiting even when they seem to have enough staff. They don't even acknowledge you when you go in and ask for your details several times.
Came in the other day, the Pharmacist, Amrit, was very helpful and kind. The staff were incredible and extremely friendly! Would definitely recommend.
I don’t understand why Pharmacies hire warm and friendly staff only for the pharmacist themselves to rudely shout instructions from the back for all to hear. Common manners are not imbedded here. Sales assistants are nice though.
This Pharmacy is absolutely disgusting. The staff members over the phone is absolutely appalling. I have children who, needing medication, won’t even as much as let you know through text that it has been delivered and to come and collect their medication. That’s absolutely disgusting behaviour, speaking very rude to customers over the phone. Not knowing what health conditions they have or may be facing. No apologies nothing. Instead of proper communication they behave in a way that’s very discriminatory. Instead of problem solving professionally they have employed a bunch of high school dropouts. It’s all about glitz and glam in the pharmacy than delivering the customer service people need. Teach your staff to talk to customers better over the phone. Also, why are you the only pharmacy I know who doesn’t let you know your medication isn’t ready? Like how would ANYone know that information. It’s the common courtesy and the lady who was over the phone speaking very rudely. She needs to not be on the phone, she’s rude. She’s disgusting and her behaviour. I’m appalled with the services I have constantly received while being here. Disgusting pharmacy.
Friendly little pharmacy with helpful staff. I went here for my flu jab a few weeks ago, and the staff couldn't do enough for me! Well stocked and clean. Will definitely return in the future.

Third-rate set-up. Poor customer service. Always lacking stock and when your prescription is only partially filled, they don't even bother to let you know that the rest has come in.
Staff are always very polite but the waiting time is so long I waited outside for 25 minutes for a procription the que takes ages to go down.
