   I had my flu injection yesterday and the staff in the shop were very polite and friendly but when I went into the room for my injection I found the man extremely rude basically no hello said which arm abruptly no warning just did it never asked if I was okay or even say goodbye He obviously didn't want to be there I felt so uncomfortable there's just no need if y9u don't want to do the job leave

   I booked a flu jab online For 10 o’clock this morning, I arrived at 9:50 to be told my appointment at was cancelled and then received an email Notice of Cancellation at 9:51. after booking time off work for this appointment, I am obviously not happy and I will not be using this pharmacy again.

   A very busy pharmacy, due to it being located at the medical centre. For a number of years, I’ve experienced them all being always helpful with good customer service. Never had any issues getting medication. Never had to wait too long. (make sure I order repeats in plenty of time too)

   Came to pick up partners prescription 1. They only gave me one of the prescriptions 2. Came back with previous missing item from last prescription 3. Had to ask for the original prescription i came for 4. I asked what the items were again on the repeat prescription Didn't bother even apologise for the multiple errors There always seems to be issues with these guys.

   Absolutely diabolical AVOID AT ALL COST! several reasons for my review they prescribed wrong meds for my elderly mother, her repeat prescriptions never arrive on time and they NEVER answer their phone! If you want to live a long pain free life for yourself or loved ones I suggest you never go here! I don’t expect any help from the pharmacy as they can’t even do their jobs properly! Take a look at other reviews and low ratings YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

   Shocking service. I’ve had to change my designated pharmacy as they are so bad. Takes over a week to fulfil a prescription & I still had to wait 40 mins - with no feedback or apology. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
