   I can’t tell you how helpful this pharmacy were. I needed medication asap that no other pharmacy had in, and they offered to get it in for me that afternoon. Generally just super helpful and lovely people!

   Normally Peak Pharmacy are excellent however on this occasion, unfortunately I agree with Alan's recent review. I turned up early for my pre-booked flu jab. Staff member informed pharmacist two members of public waiting in reception for him. He informed her he couldn't access the system, so it wouldn't be taking place. Did he not think to let his staff know there was an issue with the 'system' whilst we sat waiting for him to come back from lunch or call patients ahead of their appointment to stop them travelling in. He couldn't even be asked to get off his chair & have the decency to come over and speak or apologise to us directly. Left it for their embarrassed staff member to do so.

   Absolutely not impressed! How an earth appointments were available in the first place? I booked an appointment for a flu jab and attended 15 minutes earlier only to find out that apparently they were to busy and couldn't do it!!! In fact the pharmacist couldn't even be arsed to get off his backside get out of his room and apologies!!! They wasted my time and money travelling there, at least you could contact and let me know to save the travel.... Avoid at all cost.

   Really grateful for the staff here the other day. I’d be extremely ill and the drs has siad ‘rest up’ but they re assessed me, did a mini consultation and gave me antibiotics and within two days felt alot better - thanks for the care and service

   There was one person in front of me discussing with (presumably) the pharmacist a problem that her little daughter had. Fine. My issue is that there were at least 2 other staff members there who, for several minutes found something better to do than serve me - one of them in the back of the pharmacy, the other contributing nothing more than a concerned smile to the serving of the other customer. I didn't want the other customer to be made to feel awkward so I said nothing but simply walked out. No-one cared to call after me.
