   I just collected my first prescription from this pharmacy after previously being with the chemist by the large Tesco store nearby. A world of difference with the service and reception that I received here today. Pleasant, courteous and efficient best describes them. Westpoint Pharmacy offered a welcoming environment and there was also plenty of space and seating for those needing to wait. My prescription was dispensed within five minutes, and I received a thorough explanation of how to use it from the pharmacist. The lady working behind the counter also sent me a test text message, as I’d asked to receive text notifications for any future prescriptions. Based on my experience today, I can only agree with all the other five star reviews on here that the service at Westpoint Pharmacy is fantastic. Thank you.

   Excellent service, this isn’t my nearest pharmacy but I would always choose to go here. All of the staff are really helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing seems like too much for them even when it’s busy. The pharmacist was also very knowledgeable and efficient.

What a gem of a consultant we have here. He took time to listen attentively to my concerns. The advice he provided was clear, comprehensive, and tailored to my specific needs for which I felt completely reassured and well informed when I left. Beyond the consultation itself, the service was great. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to helping their patients. Everything was handled smoothly. It's a relief to know we have such a professional and caring resource right here in the neighbourhood. Thank you to the consultant and the entire pharmacy team for the great service and for making me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area!

   I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at west point pharmacy today. I dropped by for some advice and the staff were so friendly and caring. I felt really relaxed and like they had all the time in the world for me despite juggling a busy line of other customers. The pharmacist Nathaniel was so warm and friendly, and I felt extremely well cared for! I feel very grateful to have such a wonderful pharmacy in our community.

   I don’t think this pharmacy is any good the staff do not wear masks not good at all when they are dealing with tablets they should have a mask on.

   The staff was friendly and informative but the problem is they won't exchange any medicines or supplies (unused) irrespective of prescription and time you bought. Once you leave the door they won't take back. It's a good policy to earn the money.
