   Cannot recommend 247 Drains enough. Top service from start to finish. Daniel visited us the same day we made contact and fixed our blocked drain with no fuss, when a previous plumber had been unable to. He also cleared our slow draining bath quickly and cleanly. Super friendly, efficient, professional and at a more than fair price. 247 Drains are now our ‘go to’ drainage people.

   I had a blocked outdoor drain and called the team. They were with me in about 5 hours (it was a Friday evening, and there had been a glitch in their booking system too) but when Darren and Daz arrived to save the day, they were polite and professional and within 40mins (after using a camera to find the problem) they pressure washed the drain until it was clear. Cheers fellas. Bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but then so are Dynarod.

   I had a blocked kitchen sink and had tried the usual methods to clear it. I called 24/7 Drains thinking they might say they couldn't attend for a few days. In fact they took the details and attended that afternoon as promised. They solved the problem within about 15 minutes and stayed to make sure there was no problem with my washing machine leaking when it drained, something that had been caused by the blockage forcing the water out. Two days later and everything is working as expected. I can't comment on value or quality as I think this was probably a standard job for them but their attitude was spot on and I would recommend them.

   Hello, Overall the speed of response of this company was very good. The chaps are fairly pleasant also. However, our job felt like it was fairly rushed as it was towards the evening time. Once the job was complete and the toilets flushed clear, this was sufficient for the worker to say job was complete to a good standard. NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN FOR THE JOB!!! Six weeks down the line the blockage has returned. I was advised by this company to call Severn Trent. ST ruled out any shared neighbourhood blockage. Having called the company various times, the company is unwilling to return to rectify their poorly carried out job without charging again!!! I have young children and cannot afford another £230 for them to rectify their job, which was clearly carried out to a poor standard. In the mean time we have to live in unsanitary conditions until we can afford to call out another company. DISGUSTED!!

   I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. They arrived quickly and were very knowledgable on the issue. Although I had been quoted more by other plumbers these guys had the job done within the hour and offered a very competitive rate. Will be sure to contact them for any future plumbing needs and will definitely recommend to everyone. Also their attitude was great and they were very friendly. Excellent service!
