Shocking!!! rang to check they had my prescription then travel there to find out they dont. repeated this now 4 times for the same tablet. they have had the door locked in middle of day before aswell !!!!-WOULD NOT RECOMEND-!!!!
Awful service. There are a few new members of staff there who search for my prescription for ages. And it's not getting ready for quite a long as well. I needed to come twice as it wasn't ready the first time. I don't know what happened to this pharmacy. There are young girls working who have no idea what they are doing I think. Please fix this!

We have just moved to this pharmacy after another local pharmacy was unreliable. So far the staff have been lovely with us and picking up prescriptions has been fast. My husband took my little boy in this morning after we couldn't get an appointment with a GP to check a slight rash and he said the pharmacist that saw him was incredibly kind and good with our baby, set our minds at ease and gave us the information we needed to confidently send him to nursery that day so also saved us a sick day.
Pharmacy claims to liaise with your GP to organise repeat prescriptions for you. Unfortunately, not the case. On last three repeat prescriptions medication has not been ready - sometimes not even ordered - even though the supply date was provided to me by the pharmacy. Clearly they are unable to follow their own instructions.
