Fantastic experience from start to finish. The cinema room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely sofa and footstools that made movie night feel extra relaxing. The food and drink service was excellent, the staff were extremely kind, and the ice-cold drinks were a real highlight. Overall, a very comfortable and luxury-centric evening.

Went on sat 22 Nov 25 to see Wicked for good.... Cinema clean n tidy, cosy and comfortable... Staff hardly spoke after initial arrival desk... We ordered several drinks inc the wicked promotional popcorn balloon and cocktails... the wickedly sour was a complete let down... so disappointed with it.. ( vodka/ medori/ lime and lemonade ). Couldn't taste any alcohol in it at all and it came flat as can be, no fizz no bubbles. To be honest it really tasted of lime cordial and water.. I sent it back as was not happy to only get a 2nd that was worse... when I asked the server, all I got was, that's the drink ok. I've given the 3 stars because after spending allot of money for a night out, I felt like I wasnt valued as a customer at all. Didn't add any photos.

Without doubt the most comfortable welcoming cinema I have ever been to. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I went to screen 5, which was delightful. The chair tables, the foot stool (which is also a bag tidy) the individual cushions on the super comfy sofas, or individual chairs and the table lamps, not to mention the at seat service, went to make this a lovely experience. The sound quality and the picture were superb. I wish we had this in Newcastle UK!

It was a great experience with my wife & kid. It has a nice 'vibe' to it, the seats are so comfy too. We went to see Despicable Me 4. The food was a miss for me though. Got the pulled pork slider that was just about warm. The drinks are the 330ml glass bottles, so not much to them for the price and the popcorn was a bit stale at times. As I said, nice experience, but everything is overpriced for that! Not sure I'll be back.

Best cinema experience I have ever had. Beautiful decor, very cosy sofa chairs with footstools and the best of all ... cocktails!! Big shout out to the manager. He greeted us at the door and introduced himself as Anthony. What a legend!!! Also want to mention that the table service is not in any way distracting. Staff is quiet and quick. Def worth the money!!!

The manager Anthony was lovely, friendly, accommodating and professional. We didn't know what to expect but we were definitely excited to try the new cinema experience that arrived to Belfast. If you have reservations around having food during the movie, don't! Everything is served in the screening before the movie starts. Yes some staff coming and going but nothing different than other people coming and going for toilet breaks. Nothing was a major issue. Food is so nice! The range of drinks served is welcoming in comparison to any other cinema experience in Northern Ireland. We now are not behind the times. The staff are lovely and accommodating. We are currently sitting after our movie with a beer and a second serving of nachos as they were so good. We cannot wait to return as we look at dates and times for Cocaine Bear. Definitely a new regular date night on the cards. Just try it! You won't be disappointed in regards to the overall experience.

Seats were comfy, the area manager for omniplex (who owns the avenue) was awesome, but tis 4 stars because food was cold, and quite poor, parking for the duration of the movie was around £8, so overal an expensive trip to the cinema. (£90 overall). Servers forgot to bring our food initially. Initial impression is that the screen was quite small in studio 5, but the quality of the projector and sound was amazing, absolutely brilliant quality equipment. The movie started and servers were still taking orders, which meant delivery was 10/15 mins into the movies was very distracting. I would suggest giving everyone a slip of paper to fill in their order, like a tick box order page of the menu, and hand it to a member of staff and pay BEFORE entering the studio, this way there's no distractions and the food is ready in good time. But give them the benefit of the doubt, opening weekend and will likely improve. Omnipass subscribers should get some type of perk, even if it's a small discount or point system, and we shouldn't have to pay parking, or atleast get a discounted parking rate.

Lovely experience watching the new 65 film. Staff were very friendly and had great service. Food was lovely and it was such a change getting food and drink brought into your seat. Some small teething problems with the full menu not being available but expected in its opening week so it will certainly not put me off returning. Such a lovely cinema vibe and one which I can’t wait to experience again!

Opening night so possibly why so many problems encountered. We ordered the small plates - £18 very small. Tasted nice but not worth money. They forgot to bring some of the food order. Servers constantly disturbing you to bring people food - usually to wrong people. No servers in for ages when we arrived. Movie starter trailers and all nearly half an hour late. Interior is nice. Think a better idea would be for people to have food not in cinema. Possibly just more snacks. Staff under pressure it seemed. Would possibly give it another shot but not sold
