   My goodness no wonder people don’t go to the cinema My son inlaw daughter and grandson went to the cinema last night at 5pm absolutely a con disgrace , grandson is 2 years of age and his ticket was £10 total cost before snacks and drinks £45 . When my son went out to get an extra cup so my grandson could drink water he was told no extras and that’s after they had spent about £20 on snacks and drinks . The Cinema had another family so in all 4 adults and two children apart from them the cinema was empty . They will not be back it’s a real rip off don’t go you’d be better with a sky movies package for the year ……. But as for Lisburn and the quality of customer service it was a big Zero they wouldn’t even give out an empty cup for the child . They bought about £15 worth of snacks and drinks …. Don’t go to Lisburn .

   Brought my grand niece to 11AM showing of Zootropolis this morning!!!! Movie excellent BUT price of tickets and food were completely ridiculous, no justification for these prices!!!! My grand niece is 11 years old and im 64. We were charged over £20 for our tickets. No concession for a child and none for a senior!!!! ???? Visibly less staff on duty ( so less outgoings for cinema) and i was charged over £8 for one portion of cheesy snacks and a bottle of water!!!! Staff were lovely, I honestly believe that Omniplex should take a closer look at pricing which reflects a service that will focus on giving an overall more affordable customer experience,

   Avoid!!! Have just had the worst customer experience! £18.95 for a wicked cup and popcorn to be told if your child doesn't drink lemonade they cannot have anything in the cup!! Not even water, not even water from a tap!! So walk away but an over priced cup and popcorn with no fluids in the cup for 18.95!!!! It would be good when picking this on your self service till to advise!!! Look of empathy and customer service was disgusting!

   I saw Jurassic World Rebirth today. The experience was awful. People sitting with their shoes off up on the seats in front of them and CONSTANT mobile phone use throughout the film ruined it for me. Two adults and their children arrived after the film started too meaning my wife, son and I had to get up in the dimmed lighting and move out into the aisle while they shuffled through painstakingly slowly. My group had to then find our seats in the dark again, as a result I missed the climax of the D-Rex scene at the start of the movie - so thanks for that. I mentioned this to the member of staff checking tickets at the entrance after the film who was also watching cctv screens - he seemed disinterested. I will not be going to the cinema again for a very long time.

   Always an enjoyable visit. Even better now they have hot dogs and nachos. Lost a star as would be nice to upgrade to nicer recliner seats. Always feel the sound could be louder too.

   Went on a Saturday evening, very busy around 6-7pm, especially for parking as there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity with queues out the door. But price is grear for 2 adults, great seating (with recline), reasonably prices snacks and drinks compared to other cinemas and a clean venue.

   Went to see 3D movie here...£8.50 for movie that was not shown in main screen @ local cinema is on the steep side. 3D lacked quality you'd like and often looked blurry. Sound quality wasn't best either particularly from side to side. Really needs to be calibrated properly as front to back seemed to be fine. Won't be rushing back here in a hurry.

   Really enjoyed the film, felt the screen was a little dark but that may have been my 3d specs. The fact they're saving on heating was apparent too, but not uncomfortable. Didn't get any food there because I haven't won the lottery yet.

   Just watched Avatar The Way of Water in 3D for £6.00. Great sound and vision and the seat was large and very comfortable, with good legroom, especially important since the fim was over 3 hours long! Most enjoyable.

   there was obnoxious, irritating, stupid boys in the movie i was watching. standing in front of the projector blocking the screen screaming, constantly laughing and yelling i could barely hear the sound and throwing food at me. they were running up and down the stairs. i am so incredibly disgusted from this behaviour and the parents did not do a thing. i don NOT recommend coming here. also i asked for a cup of water from the staff because i felt sick and they refused to provide me with water and made me pay for it when i didn’t have any money on me and i had to sit for another hour feeling extremely dehydrated. i am NOT happy with the staff WHATSOEVER. do NOT COME HERE !!!!
