My experience with the staff has been really good with them friendly at all times. However i have cancelled my gym membership after a couple of months because the changing area (brine pool changing area is used for the gym) is not very clean. Also the gym has too little equipment for the number of users. For example they have two benches for the whole gym, which are frequently full requiring long waits to do your workout.

Went to a public swimming session. Could easily see some of the kids becoming feral with their beachballs and often chucked them near other swimmers creating hazards as they did not allow space for anyone. They were not once told to stay in one area, they kept moving up and down the pool constantly not giving space to people who came to SWIM, not chuck balls. They’d play catch with eachother , taking up an unnecessary amount of pool space and you could see many frustrated swimmers on the side who just wanted to swim without getting balls thrown at them or the kids being careless and approaching the swimmers regardless whilst still chucking balls and messing about with eachother in careless ways. Parents clearly did not care. It’s of course okay to have fun, but they were just absolutely selfish with the space (the parents did not once ask them to stop bothering others). Was very frustrating.

I can't understand. Most of the photos don't correspond to reality. There is no photo of a swimming pool for children, or a sauna. The gym is completely different. I go there myself and I like this place, but there is a problem with parking, but if it's not difficult, you can park 10 minutes' walk from the gym, or park Radom on the street after 6 pm for free.

Really looked forward to a relaxing swim at the brine and a sauna , total disappointment from start to finish . First when we arrived there was a huge queue 3 staff behind desk only one working . What we got to desk told we need to fill a form out for use of the sauna , fine , no forms so one goes to photocopy some . 20 minutes in reception . The changing village absolutely filthy and smelly overflowing nappy bins strong smell of urine . Brine pool was very busy and water wasn’t clean the whole building is in significant disrepair . Finally the sauna was packed 10 people is way to many and no shower directly outside it ! Consequently we saw 2 sweaty people get straight back in the pool !!!! We left at that there’s also no parking facilities . Won’t be back especially as it also cost us almost £18 for this awful experience !

After I paid 5 pounds and got changed and showered, I was told that the pool was not open for general swimming until 12 and that only two lanes were open, the lifeguard made it sound like I could not swim in the lanes and suggested I use the brine pool. I was confused to I went to use the brine pool which was so full and was basically a hot salty bath that you cannot swim in without bumping into people. I was then told by the lifeguard there that I could not use the sauna because you have to pay extra. When I got changed and left the receptionist was so rude when I explained I was confused by the lanes swimming she was refusing to give me my money back and said I was confusing her. The other receptionist looked at me so disgusted and gave me money back. I understand as it is my first time at the pool but I felt really unwelcome here, the lifeguard did not suggest I could even use the lanes. It is overcrowded and I wont be back here again, its a huge pool so makes no sense why only two lanes would be open and if there are people in them there is no room anyway.

I had a "one to one' session with Perry to check on my gym progress. He was fantastic..gave me several tips on my regular routine and when I put them into practice today I really noticed the difference. I'm a regular to the gym, swimming and sauna and really enjoy my membership of the Gala..excellent value for money.

Disabled Changing room and shower trolley are absolutely filthy. The floors are disgusting. The brine pool is filthy and far too hot...realised that there isn't any windows or ventilation in the brine pool. Need major improvements

Amazed to find this Brine bath, easily accessible for public use. It is very warm like a hot bath! We could feel the salty taste immediately. An absolute pleasure to swim in and skin feeling softer after a good soak. The pool looked unusually deep and it appeared the water was only half filled but at 0.7 meters in shallow end it was deep enough not to bump my knees while children play and sloped to 1.75 meters at deep end. Found all the info needed for prices and times from website. Had to park nearby, only disabled parking in Tower Rd. Large family village changing room made it easy for us with choice of cubicles. The only showers we found were overlooking the "other" pool which looks great for lane swimming and was almost empty. We will be back soon and recommending to friends. Salt water swimming at a very good price, look no further.
