I canβt speak about the rooms as we just came for food. The pub itself is nice, typical old world pub. The food though is not good. If youβre coming here for food, be warned itβs very average. The fish in the fish and chips was grey, soggy, and tasteless and the chips were just frozen oven chips. My wife had the chicken curry which wasnβt great either.

Please note I did not have a room at the Exeter Inn and comment only on the food and drink, which!!! This pub is a real slice of history dating back hundreds of years, complete with low ceilings everything else with which goes with a pub of that age, I visited recently in the winter but have been here before in the summertime, and there is a lovely area at the back of the pub as well.

What a fantastic little gem! Beautiful old pub full of character, the staff couldnβt have been friendlier or more helpful. Food was really good, great quality and very very reasonably priced! Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

A great night had at the Exeter. A little gem of a village with this sizable pub at its centre. A large and well maintained beer garden to the rear with terraces, very clean throughout and fantastic food (managed to stay whilst they were doing fresh pizza - I'd highly recommend one) The Staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable with a good shower & soft towels. Sadly I needed to be away before breakfast was served but the team made me up some sandwiches to collect the following morning. A great pub, great accommodation, really friendly locals and good food & beer. Perfect!

We stayed here on Saturday 25th June after a wedding. The hosts were exceptional, so attentive and real. The room was beautifully cosy. Breakfast was so well cooked, no burnt eggs and the coffee just hit the spot. We will be going back again soon. Thank you both x

Great OLD pub with plenty of character stopped her for 2 nights for a wedding in Kingsbridge. Nice bedroom and a lovely full English breakfast. Good food in the pub as well as nice ales also a lovely beer garden. Nikki the owner was very helpful and friendly and she also cooked the breakfast. Would we use this B&B again if we were in the area.... Yes... Simple as that.
