   Update: 01/12/2022 I'm still awaiting a refund for the room I could not access in October. I was to stay in this accommodation on the 28th & 29th of October arriving in late, which I had preapproved with Ocean Lodge. I was unable to access the room due to the door handle being broken. All numbers listed for emergency contact did not answer, so I was forced to find new last minute accommodation wandering the city at midnight. I am still awaiting a refund. Do not stay here.

   There was raw chicken sitting on the kitchen counter for 24+hrs, dirty dishes in the sink that have been there since my arrival, urine on the toilet seat and no one but myself seemed to close the front door properly. I had a cab driver and another guests visitor knock on my door, it was upsetting when you’re travelling alone.

   Basic but adequate, especially given the low price. Building feels like a student house converted into a guesthouse. Walls are pretty thin so your experience may vary depending on who else is staying there. Walking distance to most of Plymouth's stuff so it's fine to collapse into after a long day of sightseeing. Just don't expect too much.
