    Wonderful tranquil place, so peaceful. All you can hear is the wildlife. They have 2 peacocks you will see every day. The owners are lovely, the cottage is cosy, the owners own two huge fields you can walk in or have a picnic in! The dogs love it, the garden is fenced in for your dogs safety! S3cond year here now, both times for 2 weeks stay, goes way too fast to stay only for a week, some really beautiful walks around here, hardly any cars around, sheer bliss.

    Stayed 29th June 2024 unfortunately. Shabby, mouldy and dusty, windows so dirty you can't see out of, bed looked like someone had just got out but that wasn't the worst. The owners live in the same property only separated by an ordinary internal door and are elderly and infirm with, unfortunately, incontinence issues which becomes very apparent when the smell hits you when you walk in. Also, can hear every word said from them. This isn't their fault but no way this property should be let out before these issues are fixed. Had to suffer this for one night of a seven night before leaving early the next morning. Now trying to get our money back.

    This annexe is really cosy. A beautiful peaceful escape. A must for nature lovers as there were deer rabbits, squirrels, peacocks and all sorts of wild birds in the garden. No noise as it is located down a long track from the lane. Will definitely be coming back

    Needs a serious upgrade the only decent thing was the outside peace and quiet. You could hear all conversations with adjoining next door where the owner lived.
