mac man ★☆☆☆☆
Terrible place run by terrible people who have their favourite tenants that can do no wrong whilst everyone else gets kicked out for the slightest transgression. I witnessed one tenant beating up an old man in front of the building from my window and when i confronted him a couple of days later about bullying an elderly man i was immediately evicted whilst the bully stayed. The senior staff could not care any less about you. They evicted me just before Christmas into the winters night with nothing, not even advice on where i may get help. Once you're evicted they won't even let you warm up just inside the door, they will completely change and you will be a pariah as it is all about money for them. If you are not staying there then they can't rip off the council/DSS for the hundreds of pounds they claim for letting you stay. It is a business run by business people, believe me when i say that not one of them cares about helping people. I have had more warmth from a freezer. Obviously anything is better than being homeless but please make this your last last last resort. All these people are, are Business people. Beware!.
