   I have never met anyone so passionate about his work as the mastermind behind the running of this property company. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Usually , I would suggest speaking to two or three different estate agents but no need here. We also used his company to rent out my parents' property. Hindhead will keep you updated regularly and nothing can be faulted. Outstanding

   Such a shame a good experience throughout my tenancy was let down at the end. Shocking communication, from vague responses to no responses at all and extortionate deductions from my deposit following a respectful, clean and tidy move out from myself with no damage - video evidenced. Hindhead owns the property I was in, which has been kept under the radar throughout my deposit dispute. After sending multiple emails and calling the office about why I hadn’t heard anything back following the move out inspection, I then first heard the extortionate deductions and unjustified reasonings from the DPS instead of anyone from the office. I have since disputed the deductions, and one week later they have still not responded to the dispute, never have I experienced such poor communication. To note, this review has nothing to do with Amala who was absolutely brilliant throughout my tenancy.

From finding properties, purchasing, sourcing tenants, fully managing them for us and then selling them on, we can't tell how lucky we were to find them.    I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received whilst selling my flat through Hindhead. I have never come across an estate agency where the staff are so proactive in following up and chasing throughout the conveyance process. I never had to do it myself, because I knew that Louis and his team would be working hard on my behalf. My flat was well marketed and a buyer was found within days, excellent advice from Louis who knows the market and is so enthusiastic. I would certainly recommend Hindhead to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
