   I went in a couple days ago and bought some earrings, I then realised when I got home that the earrings that I had bought had one pair not matching so I went in a couple days later to hopefully get some sort of answer or a refund. The girls that I spoke to were lovely and I also understand completely about not wanting to give refunds for piercing's as people could have used them. however, what I don't understand is why you are aloud to sell mis-matched earrings because another set of earrings was faulty and then my set got swapped out. I probably should have paid more attention to make sure that all sets were the same but they should not be sold on the shop floor if the sets aren't all the same. I then got told I had to pay an extra pound which I didn't mind paying but then that got bumped up to 4 pounds to get them swapped which isn't the issue I just believe that you should NOT be selling earrings if the customer is not getting the full product. There needs to be something in place to make sure this does not happen again to me or any other future customer!

   I had my ears pierced here today by Hafsa (sorry if the spelling is wrong) she was excellent and made me feel really calm. The process was really simple and virtually pain free! Would definitely recommend coming here for a first piercing.

   Absolutely rubbish. Had a gift voucher for my daughter to have her ears Peirced. On the day we went into have the piercing done. We found out the staff were not qualified to pierce ears. They snuck off to the back of the shop to discuss wether they were competent. After over hearing the conversation we stopped the piercing from happening got a refund and left. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

   We wanted to get our granddaughter's ears pierced for her birthday. We visited lovisa a few weeks ago to speak to them about this. We found them knowledgeable and pleasant. We took our granddaughter in on Wednesday. She was a little nervous but the lovely girls in there soon put her at ease. Great job. Would highly recommend this lovely little store.

   Staff too busy chatting to eachother about their social lives to acknowledge the customers. Left standing around the till waiting to be served, even though staff could see we were waiting but were not interested. Grabbed the attention of one member of staff sat in a room behind the till, who thought it was hilarious and made comments to another member of staff who was also sitting in the room behind. Pile of jewelry left on the floor, not very hygenic is it? Won't be returning.
