   Disgusting attitude and customer service. Went today to try and get a quote for tattoo removal was told to take a seat, waited around half an hour without so much as a look in my direction. So i asked if they had ay idea how long id be waiting was told 10 minutes the woman i need to speak with is doing a quick piercing, ok no problem, another 20 minutes go by so i ask the ginger fella how long mate, his reply "not a clue". You also have not a clue about customer service. Ill take my money else where. You say its your busiest day but 4 of you were sat around talking and running errands to the shops for snacks, but your too busy to stick your head round the corner to ask waiting customers if everythings ok or to explain why the long wait, and when asked how long not a clue isnt a professional answer is it. Attitude stinks but dont worry ive taken my money somewhere professional.

   Been in for a nipple piercing today, I was very worried but the lady who pierced me was VERY good at what she does, she made me feel calm and it was virtually pain free! Definitely recommend and will be going back again for any more piercings in the future!

   I’ve been coming to Cannock ink for 10 years! Maxine’s done almost all of my facial and ear piercings over this time and is always knowledgable and gentle. I’ve had tattoos from almost every artist in the store and will post photos below! I’ve always left happy and with a skip In my step. The studio is modern and clean! And I would always reccomend these services to family and friends ❤️

   My daughter had her daith and double forward helix pierced by Maxine over 2 sessions a number of months ago. The whole experience was very positive. Maxine ensured all relevant paperwork and ID was seen before she would do any piercings due to my daughter being 16 years of age. Other places I had enquired at had said just turn up it didn't matter how old she was. Maxine talked us through everything and gave my daughter time to decide on the jewellery she wanted. She has lots of beautiful jewellery available and a range of prices to suit everyone. Maxine was very professional and hygiene was of a high standard. The piercings were beautiful after care was explained and she had no problems afterwards with any of the piercings. I would recommend Cannock Ink and will be returned in the near future for a piercing of my own. Thanks Maxine

Dani is such a friendly and kind hearted soul, she was so supportive and was a great person for me to talk to. beautiful artwork and she was so caring when inking my hands Sam there apprentice honestly has produced amazing art. would love to go back for him. cannot wait to return!!!
