Update… I did receive the car seat but it was about 2-3 weeks late. Absolute scam. Ordered a car seat, straight to ready to dispatch and I’m sat here still waiting for it. I have contact the company and it will be with me next day (which next day is beyond me). Such a scam. DO NOT ORDER.
Shocking customer service! Selling discontinued stock that they DO NOT have! Avoid this place! I was interested in the bebecar ip-op XL in moschino cherry. I emailed pram stores to check wether it was in stock before purchasing, they never got back to me. So I phoned them, they told me to ring back in 15 minutes so they can check the other warehouse and they will have an answer. I did that, for them to say we don’t have it in the other warehouse but we have it online. Not straightforward at all, the man on the phone did not seem to care. You would’ve thought I was his friend on the phone! So unprofessional! But as it was online, I went ahead and placed my order for my dream pram. I had an email confirming my order and another 1 hour after Saying it was “awaiting shipment”. 5 DAYS LATER, they decide to email me and say that the pram I have purchased was discontinued and shouldn’t have been on their website. It took them 5 days to figure that out!!! They offered me an alternative pram that did not look anything like the one I wanted. I have since received a refund and not heard of them since. I will not be spending my money with this company again! I have put this review on here, so this doesn’t happen to other parents. Prams are not cheap! It’s obvious these people from this company do not care! Should not be trading to the public!
Absolutely awful service. Ordered a chicco next to me forever co sleeper. It's been 2 weeks no shipping or tracking information uploaded. I got in touch they responded with it's with the dispatch team and will be with you in a few days. It's now been a few days and still nothing. I'm expecting my baby and desperately need the item on time. I would not recommend. Terrible communication and no real updates.
Ordered a suit. Requested a return. No reply. Opened a PayPal case. Was assured I’d be given a refund. Returned the suit. No refund. Absolutely disgraceful way to behave. Bad business people. Do not buy from them.
Excellent experience, I ordered a travel system and very happy with the price and quality, delivery did take a little longer than usual but very pleased with my purchase as this was the cheapest price around…for those looking to order I would say order without hesitation but expect to wait a little longer for delivery!
Placed order for stairgate on 9th March. Still haven't recieved an ETA for delivery. Have contacted the company via email twice and via their own online form but no response. It's as if they are ghosting me. Meanwhile, my daughter is crawling, pulling herself up to stand and at risk everytime she is at the top of the stairs. Disgusting service, terrible company, won't even respond to my request for a refund.

They have got very good collection.Generally there is a difference between ones ordered online and actual ones.. I can say it was as it looked in picture. I wanted an early delivery.
I am so disappointed and frankly frustrated with Pramstores. I ordered a Next2Me solely due to the fact next day delivery was offered. The product was not delivered the following day, instead over a week of chasing via email and phone I was informed that the product was not in stock and won’t we dispatched, despite still advertising stock availability and next day delivery on their website. To not honour the delivery, particularly for new baby products is just not acceptable. By this time the baby had been born and we were looking at alternate sleeping arrangements. I would not recommend this company, instead I found the item cheaper and with quick delivery from Kiddies Kingdom.
