   We thought we were getting a good deal on the sale part but it was just a fake deal. They changed the price tag before putting the promotion tag on. It's really disappointing and honestly I don't think I'll ever come back to this store. Next time we will use amazon.

   I came in the other day and overheard the staff talking about how they were being forced to work when they should be isolating. This is completely unacceptable and is both and abuse of power and also a complete disrespect to everyone who works in and shops in their store. The amount of people that the management are putting at risk is horrific, the management need to take a long hard think about the way their treating their staff and how they’re looking after their customers. If they’re happy to do this who knows what else they’re not doing with regards to keeping people safe and protected. After hearing this I will not be going back.

   Went along to TOY GALAXY in Watford, the staff were very welcoming and very knowledgable. Fantastic selection of toys, with most of my Christmas presents sorted. I would recommend going in, if you haven’t yet been.
