   Very helpful knowledgable staff. Especially Annette who guided me to suitable products after my enquiries. The store is a lot better stocked than it has been previously and is spotlessly clean and well organised. Store manager (louiza I think) very helpful and professional.

   Worst customer service ever and it’s the same every time you go in. Not one person could be arsed to answer any questions or help find products. We asked if they had a type of make up to which the girl with a face full of makeup replied “I dunno” and carried on her conversation on her headset about how drunk someone was the night before. All the young staff seem to do is chat to each-other all day on their headsets even if they are serving a customer!
