    I visited this store few days back. Initially I was not very sure about this place as m not local m from Canada but I met this store representative I believe her name was Amana. She went above and beyond to help me. I usually not write reviews but she was super nice. Answers all my questions with a pleasant smile. She ask me probing questions to know my preferences. Help me to pick items and keep me engaged. She give me lovely experience and actually m so happy with my purchase. If I ever come back to visit to London surly I will visit this store..

    This particular store is super bizarre. Asked the staff some questions about sizing and they seemed confused themselves which meant we left with nothing. I was then asked to wait whilst they got me something - only for it to be a checklist completely in French. How pointless?

    Big fan of this store, however this branch I now avoid. Terrible customer service, and the manager is extremely rude. The access is also terrible if you have a pram. I will be choosing the Hampstead Branch at all costs.

    Rating is not for clothes but the actual store. Who creates absolutely inaccessible store targeting little kids? How are parents with strollers supposed to get in or around?

    The clothing is of very good quality. Specially Karen, Ecuadorian girl, was very helpful. She was very patient and help me to find everything I need for my kids and also for me !!

    limited selection for newborns' clothes, but at least it's not the usual pink for girls, blue for boys! the guy that served me was very helpful, packaging is great for a gift

    A European chain that boasts fabric stitched in France and put together in Spain. So technically made in Spain but not made in China. The service was knowledgeable but not very helpful. They seemed to busy to really help us. The clothing seems to be good quality at a very reasonable price especially with sales. They have clothes from babies to adults but it mostly caters to 1-10.
