I would highly recommend Babyeze. I have been in other pram shops and felt like I was part of a "hard sell" with pushy tactics and little time to just look around. But the staff at Babyeze really gave me time to look at the various ranges that they have on display before offering their help and guidance, which I really appreciated as a first time Mum, when everything is a bit overwhelming. David and Carlene are so knowledable and are happy to share all their advice. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being guided to a more expensive travel system. They listened to what I liked, what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay and helped guide me throughout. I even asked about purchasing a second swivel base for the car seat which they could have easily sold me, however David reassured me that it was very easy to remove and reinstall into another car if/when needed. I had the car seat fitted today and David made sure we were comfortable installing the base, as well as putting the car seat in and out before we left. Thank you so much for your kindness - you made an overwhelming experience a lot less stressful!
The staff were really helpful, explaining all the features and helping me find the perfect pram for my little one. The quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I also loved that everything was set up to try out, which made choosing so much easier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for prams, car seats, or baby essentials!
Very positive experience at Babyeze. Donna and her colleagues were more than happy to help, show and explain things to us, and we ended up purchasing a car seat and travel set. When collecting the items, Donna demonstrated how everything worked and answered all of our questions. All staff were very friendly and personable even when the shop was a little busy. Would come here again for any baby essentials!
I brought my pram and crib from this shop and the staff are really polite and they sell beautiful stuff I would recommend coming in and buying your new baby products, they are very knowledgeable and I felt they made sure I was completely happy. Staff have been great and Donna is a darling
HOW TO ALIENATE YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE 101 My girlfriend recently had an appalling encounter at a baby shop, where a staff member, who we believe to be the shop owner Donna, made insensitive comments about the size of her baby bump. Despite her midwife's reassurance that everything was perfectly normal (tracking 1 week behind), the staff member left her feeling self-conscious and upset. It's never okay to make derogatory remarks about someone's appearance, especially when they're in a vulnerable position like my girlfriend was. The staff's behaviour failed to create a supportive and welcoming environment, which should be a top priority. Furthermore, the shop owner needs to be aware of the various anxieties and disorders that pregnant women may experience. YOU WORK IN A BABY SHOP! Not everyone is comfortable with comments about their body, and it is not the place of a baby shop employee to judge a customer's appearance. I did not appreciate coming home from work to an anxious, upset girlfriend who had been in tears- who took the day off work with her friends to enjoy a special time in her life and be found being hurled unwarranted comments by someone she doesn't know. In light of this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this baby shop to think twice. The insensitive behaviour of the staff member my girlfriend encountered was utterly unacceptable. I hope the shop owner will take appropriate action to ensure that no one else has to endure such unprofessional and hurtful treatment.

Highly recommended - you will get the best service here!!! We came across the store at a recent baby show where we purchased an Inglesina pram for our first baby, due in a few weeks time. The whole team were spectacular on the day. We were offered to have the item delivered or to collect it. We opted to collect as we were told we'd get some training on proper usage and thought this would be valuable. It was the best decision! We've just left the store with our wonderful pram in the car. A massive shout out to Donna who went above and beyond to share her wisdom with us. As first time parents it's all very overwhelming but Donna gave us so many tips and tricks that were feeling excited and confident. We joked that we wished we could take her home with us. The customer service at Babyeze is top class, let alone the range of products they sell. Thank you also to David who helped us load the car. Looking forward to returning with our pram and baby
I just want to express my thanks to babyeze especially Donna & David as the experience from start to finish was very pleasant. Me and my husband are expecting our very first baby and they had made the process so smooth and seamless and it shows how much they care about the babies safety when it comes to selling their products and the knowledge they had. What topped it all off they helped bring all large boxes into the car. Thank you again and I would 100% recommend this store to anyone!
I went into Babyeze yesterday to buy a travel system for my daughter. My daughter is a young mum to be and I had concerns about how she would be viewed. I needn't have worried. The two women in the shop were kind and compassionate and I can honestly say gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. Time was taken to show us some options of the many that were available and then really go into detail explaining everything about the product, always asking if we had any questions. The travel system we bought was great value for money and we both left saying to each other how great these 2 members of staff were. Whatever they are being paid is not enough. I definitely recommend going here.
