We stopped here for a few hours before the football. It gets very busy just before the match, so early arrival is advised. Great atmosphere!

Very popular during sports events, home fans only for Forest games. Tables will need to be booked in advance via phone during such events. Decent selection of beer, lager and cider.

First time I've been in and seemed like a decent Sports bar. Some seating outside and several different sections inside, good decor and feel.

Poor place manager is snotty behind bar someone never bought a pint and said he will get one later he shouted at them told them too leave as it wasn’t a ‘social club’ and then I got a pint incase of that and had the pint. Was nice pint can’t lie then at half time he phoned police and told them I was an away fan too kick me out. I was causing no trouble and was enjoying game I couldn’t get into. I like Nottingham forest but manager and staff were seeming angry and everything .

Perfect sports bar. Right next to the cricket ground, loads of TVs, a good bar selection and very quick bar food. All the staff were great sorting the TVs out to the game we wanted on and commentary.

Beer is good, screens are good, staff are good, seats are comfy, and they make best bacon bap I've ever had!

I attended a friend's leaving do on the day of the Liverpool v Real Madrid game - yes, the one in Paris that started late. The establishment is right next door to Forest Ground and the bar itself is what you can expect in a decent pub. A good choice of drinks, efficient and polite service by staff and surprisingly light decor without the traditional 'English pub carpet' flooring. There are a few TV screens dotted around the place, but I suppose it being a place frequented by football fans we cannot hold this against them. There is a smallish seating area in front of the building and there are a few steps leading up to the main entrance. It was only my second visit - the first one was a very brief one in 2005 for a work do. Verdict: nice place if you happen to like football and want to watch a game with a peer group while drinking a pint.

Best Wings I've had in years. The booze is good, service is spot on, land lady is great. They can't do enough for you. Well worth booking in!
