Young girl on till today couldn’t have been more helpful when I was in a fluster trying to use my ‘Apple Pay’ she had great patience and had time to explain I was doing wrong. Her name was Jaden, Thank you. From a happy customer.

This is so so overdue because I kept forgetting about it so I’m so sorry about that. But a couple months or so ago I came in to look for a new signature perfume and I was helped by Lyla/Lila(not 100%) sure and she was amazing. Clearly enjoyed working at the perfume counter she was so curious and keen to help me figure out the notes I wanted in the perfume and how I wanted it to dry down etc. while also helping me find something that’s reasonably priced. Which is completely different to a lot of perfume salespeople that just try to sell you the most expensive thing and don’t care to listen at all. Lyla/Lila was so sweet so bubbly and didn’t rush me out of the door at all but made sure I had something I loved which is now my new staple perfume. So apologies again for the late review Lyla/Lila but I hope this review is brought to your attention and that your employer sees you as the gift to the staff roster that you are :).
Helpful advice & service from Victoria on the perfume counter today, (Abbeycentre) allowing me to take my time choosing a summer fragrance as a gift, a lovely shopping experience all round
My elderly neighbour left her purse in the store and didn't realise until she came home that she lost it. We called the store and they reassured her straight away that it was there and the young lady (blonde hair, we didn't catch her name) met us and reunited my neighbour with her purse. She was very helpful and kind and helped to assure my neighbour that all her cards etc were safe. Thank you!
If I could rate zero star i would.. Awful customer service! To a girl which I didn't get her name. So rude and cheeky made me feel so uncomfortable. I don't do reviews but this one girl should not be working in this store Early 20s dark hair with extentions! Will not go into details as too much. Safe to say a customer lost !
I Visited this store about 10.00 this morning and found all the staff pleasant and helpful. I suffer from mobility problems and everyone was eager to help. I was served at cash desk by a very pleasant happy girl called Rachael and she couldn't do enough to help. She is a real credit to your store and a great example of your excellent customer training. Aw just the same great staff and plenty of variety in makeup and a great choice for men also among all other stuff. COLETTE IS A GREAT HELPFUL GIRL.
Went there today and spent just less than £10. Offered to pay by £50 voucher card. Assistant informed me the card wasn't working. She subsequently said that the till was problematic that morning. I asked to see the manager to be told she was on her break. Not wishing to keep other customers back I paid by debit card and left...not to return. The assistant was of no use at all, obviously didn't want to be there and did this outlet no favours. Semi Chem for me in future.
Spot on. Offers can be good sometimes. Little slow at checkout every now and then.
