   today, Saturday the 1st of march 2025 I visited the shop for my first time to drop in an Evri parcel. The person behind The counter was extremely unpleasant no willing to help me with My request . I have came to drop the parcel and a person talk to me like I AM an idiot And explain me they don't have any profit from that drop off service (like it's really my business ) extremely unpleasant Experian. I do normally like the corner shops. I live in the area for very long time and it's actually my first time in that one,and these people so unpleasant. shame on you. all you care It's whatever you doing on your phone on the corner, not the customer.

   Very wonderful people and excellent newer management, the guy there is so welcoming and friendly which is such a nice thing to have after a long shift at work after commuting back. Lovely selection and pretty decent prices considering it's a local shop. However, as someone else mentioned - definitely create a new google business as the older reviews under the older management ruin the current rating which is a shame for you guys. Keep up the great work and cannot wait to come back!!

Although our intended ice cream purchase took a detour, the abundance of choices made our shopping excursion enjoyable and memorable. It's worth noting that while Loco does excel in its offerings, the prices are slightly elevated in comparison to larger superstores. This factor might be a consideration for some customers seeking more budget-friendly options. In conclusion, Loco left a positive imprint. The welcoming staff, exemplified by the lady at the counter, significantly contributed to our favorable experience. While its size might be modest, the store efficiently caters to its purpose. If you're seeking a friendly atmosphere, a varied selection of treats, and are willing to accommodate slightly higher prices, Loco is a suitable choice.

   No customer service Borders on rude. Lady told I was only going there as they offered a free parcel service which is correct. Will not use there service again as she was just plain rude.

   God, avoid this place like the plague. Offers parcel services but doesn't fulfill them. Overpriced out-of-date goods. And the woman was one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Tried to post a parcel and out of nowhere got completely interrogated about my character and belittled?? Woman started telling me I wasn't a local and I didn't care about her?? Like mate I'm just trying to post a parcel here, it says I can do that in your window... Pure weirdo. Anyway, don't use this shop, there's plenty of other nice shops around Sunbury

   !THIS SHOP SCAMS! The worst corner shop I’ve ever been to, I got 3 pounds worth of stuff and the lady said my card declined and i it has never been declined before, soon I looked at my account and it said 3 pound spent, do not go here you will get scammed!

   Average of 2 stars on Google, says it all. I have never seen someone as rude as the people that run this shop. Prices are incredibly high but the way they'll treat their customers is absolutely horrendous! I think it doesn't bother them the slightest that they're offering no customer service and giving everyone a horrible experience. It's a shame because they're the closest shop to me but I honestly would rather drive an extra 4 minutes and go somewhere that cares about their customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
