   Today I managed some great deals on what I needed, but in the process really hurt my fingers. I was also bleeding and was quite disappointed with your staff member. On leaving I felt that she really should have offered to get another colleague, to help me out with my heavy shopping. I was holding a tissue round my bleeding finger and then having to put it all into the trolley and my car. Maybe a little bit of customer service training and some empathy is needed with your staff.

   Don’t order from Uber Eats for this store. The mouth breathers, without fail, will not read quantity and only put 1x of each item in the shop, despite ordering multiple. Happens every time, so now I’ll have to make sure it doesn’t come from here as they’re incompetent at simple basic arithmetic.

   Cheap, good quality foods. Nothing more and a nothing less my friends. The only downside is the aisles are very narrow, as is the car park. The car park is free (for 45mins), but it's not the easiest to get in and out of

   This place is the worse shop i have ever visited .Why cant they get youngsters thats on the ball.Massive line of people waiting and all the tills closed only one open.This is shocking that they are still open.I visited the Iceland in Staines and they lovely people ,very helpful ,store is very tidy.I will change the Manager and the staff as they are in dream land .Someone standing in the queqe if they cant open another till.I love to support all the shops in Egham,but this Store is badly organized.
