A quieter B&M compared to other branches. Staff are super friendly. All the usual B&M stock. Recommended if you want to avoid the madness of larger branches.
Mr B&M Hayes town. I am sure you will hear about the poor customer who’s bike was stolen outside your shop today. 2 guys equipped with an angle grinder cut through the lock and chain then made off with his bike. More concerning no CCTV outside. Time to invest. Your agree that was an expensive trip for that loyal customer today

Very rude staff members . Today 26th December after Christmas we spotted a cart saying everything in the cart was £1 . After confirming from the staff we found two items after 15 minutes of struggling. We went through the queue to the till . The till member charged full price for one item and gave the other staff we confirmed from earlier the other product without telling us . We refused to pay full price for the one pound item and asked for the other but the till member did not reply. We chased the other staff lady who took the other item and witnessed her take the whole £1 item trolley to the customer restricted area . We waited for her to come out but when she came out she just ignored us . We insisted to know about the other item however she reluctantly replied she cannot sell any of the items as they are not marked by the supervisor to sell as sale items. It is an outrage as if the products were not permitted by the supervisor then why did they display the entire cart on sale since morning in the first place .It was also very rude of the till lady to not inform us that our product is being taken away . The staff lady the till member gave the item to was very ignorant. Overall in my opinion the staff are rude and should be replaced as soon as possible.
I have been looking around for decorative wall hooks pretty much everywhere. I went to B&M and there they were. Pack of 40 at £3.99... a true help. They hold strong to keep Christmas lights in place and when you take them off it doesn't damage the wall paint. So far... I'll see after Christmas. The store overall has loads of things at fairly cheap prices and it's always nice to pop in to see something new and different.
The lady who was closing a til, only had one item to pay for told me to stand in the queue of ten. Gave an excuse that the tills weren’t working, however there is always one till open and big queues, they really need a lane for people that have a few items
I find this store very unique as it sells groceries to clothes & interesting knickknacks for the whole family. A great store when looking for good gifts and that too at reasonable prices. One star is cut in the rating for they can spruce up the look of the store a bit.
