Hello, I am writing a complaint about my visit today on the 17th of August 2025. My visit started normally, I came in, bought some drinks and then asked for a Β£25 voucher. Helen (the worker that was assisting us,) went into the back of the shop and after about 5 minutes, came out with 5Γ Β£5 vouchers. Then, we tried to pay and asked if we could use a voucher to pay for it and she replied with no. It was just a straight no. No " no sorry." I didn't think much of this at the time. Then, she had claimed that she hadn't sold a voucher in a long time. After that, she had informed us that she doesn't know how to do it. I found this absolutely absurd as just because you don't sell something much, you should still have the knowledge on how to do it (coming from someone who works in a shop.) A moment after she said that she began calling a bunch of different numbers. After she called 3, nobody answered at all. By then, we were already waiting 25 minutes with was also beyond normal as serving someone should take more than even 2 minutes. Then, we replied with "its okay we will go to a different store," and as we said that she was clearly very frustrated and let out a annoyed sigh. Also, she replied nothing as we said that. After another 5 minutes of calling people (it has been 30 minutes being served at that time) we replied again with "its okay we will go to a different store" and as we said that, she sighed again and then apologized and said that once again she hadn't done this for a long time. I absolutely think that this is absurd and that workers should have training to do things. This situation was approximately at 13:45 to 14:25. This was at feltham. While this was happening there was another worker with blonde and black hair working and assisting the line of 4 people alone as we were there for 30 minutes straight. This was not a pleasant situation.

My app was not working so I went in store and was helped by Neel. He is the most helpful person I have ever encountered in any store! He was extremely pleasant and very happy to help. No wonder he is store manager, well deserved. Thank you Neel!

Very rude customer services and the lady/ manager(Helen; Feltham branch) shouted at my daughter while I was paying, saying that you donβt have the right to touch anything In MY shop. When I asked her not to say anything rude to my daughter and if you think that she is touching the thing and you donβt like it ask me to stop my child , she raised her voice and shouted at me as well. Very disrespectful behaviour. I told her that if my child broke or damaged anything then let me know and I will pay but she behaved very aggressively and told me that I have to discipline my child before entering HER shop. If that is the customer services then please write down that children are not allowed inside the shop. Iβm sure that the shop isnβt a museum. If on a nice Sunday morning she has to do the job( for which she is getting paid) then donβt take out your aggression on families with kids. Happy not to buy anything from you anymore, at least not getting insulted and will go where my children feel safe.

Extremely disappointed by the rude staff today. I was shopping whilst there was a child and dad on the till. The child accidentally touched an item and dropped it. He then proceeded to fix the items that fell. The lady serving was extremely rude about it, the lady was like tell him not to purposely throw stuff. The dad said he accidentally dropped it and is trying to fix it. Sheβs like no i can see heβs making a mess. Firstly regardless of if it was an accident or not itβs her job to fix it at the end of the day. She then goes if you carry on arguing i wonβt serve you. The dad said no worries donβt serve me and walked out I was really upset with what i saw and also walked out as it was a kid and the attitude she had

Had to make an complaint about the member of staff in the store today. Very rude and not customer services trained. The member of staff wasn't wearing a name badge and refused to give name when asked but the reciept said - Stephanie. Had the audacity to say that if I did complain that nothing would happen to her. So clearly all the reviews that show there is an issue with some staff being rude in this store isn't looked into properly. Shame on Holland and Barret. These people are representing your brand. Look into the complaints. Use the Hounslow store. It's bigger and the staff are a million miles better.

I order 2 items of same the quantity online and to be picked from feltham store. When i picked up the package from the store came home and found only 1 item in package so i rushed back to the store and told manager that i picked these package and their only 1 item in the package so she picked up the item from the shelf and gave it to me and no courtesy of apology these is the second time its happened to these rude manager of different scenario.

Products are good, but the staff is so rude, doesn't care for the customers and not at all helpful. I really had a bad experience with the person working there. The service woman did wrong billing and that when I realised called her back after coming home, she replied that she would correct it if some one comes in other 10 mins as it's closing time. My husband went all the way running back to the store, but she locked the store as it was almost close to 6:00 pm. My husband called the staff inside as he could see them working, but no one responded. Finally that service lady came out after 10 mins and said that the store is closed and can't help anymore. What if she could have unlocked the door and do the proper billing (may be a better review had been given). Actually i had a discount code which expires on that particular day which I mentioned when I talked to her over phone. That's the reason for sending my husband immediately. Management has to take care of these things, otherwise they gonna lose loyal customers shopping in H&B feltham. I never gonna shop at this particular store. Worst experience
