I went to ask for an ingredient and the lady behind the counter didn't even speak English and took me to the wrong aisle, very expensive, just go to sainsburys. Not going there again.

My son bought milk from the shop and it was out of date. when we got it home the milk was curdled! I went back to the shop to ask for refund which I got, but the guy was unapologetic and asked me to check all of the milk. It was all out of date, very poor customer service from the short haired bearded man
Incredibly expensive. Tried to charge me £9.79 for case of still water which is £3.50 in Sainsbury’s.
My item was unknowingly expired by one day and the price displayed was less than what I paid which was a matter of 19p but it is the principle. I am not impressed with my visit today.
