   DO NOT COME HERE I've just had an experience at this branch, where I was accused of stealing without Merit. I had just entered the shop with my friend and hadn't even walked all the way through before I was came in accused of stealing toothpaste. A security guard had claimed that he'd seen me take it, which I hadn't since I had just bought it previously from a shop down the High Street (One below). He then snatched the product out of my bag and refused to give it back. Another employee then came and tried to further his claim while laughing at me and my friend's saying "well, if he didn't see you take it then he wouldn't be accusing you" and insisted that me and my friend leave the store despite the fact that we still had an item to purchase. I then asked to see CCTV footage as that would've proved my innocence in the situation or proven my guilt had I been stealing, yet they refused to show me any proof or provide any beyond their own statements and continued to try usher us out the store while refusing to return my product . I continuously showed my bank statement where I had just purchased this toothpaste, not even 10 minutes before yet they still would not give me my product back and he even tussled with me over it. Eventually, they went and called their manager who calmly asked to see my bank statement and after I showed the bank statement proving i had bought it from another store, and finally allowed me to leave as he found that sufficient evidence. Neither worker apologised for the incident, despite humiliating me and shouting for the whole store to hear. Please be careful coming here.

   Terrible range and staff experience. They also killed a pigeon that got trapped in the store by shooting it, despite rescue volunteers being on site and willing to help.

   No plastic bags. Expect me to pay £1 for a reusable bag? when you dont have any plastic bags. Why are you not charging the plastic bag prices for the reusable ones if you dont have any plastic bag I just walked out without buying anything. this is a joke, feel like I was being force And I needed these items as well

   Just came here and the black lady working at tills is rude and disrespectful simply stated redbull is for 16+ and she’s shouting and screaming and has a stinking attitude . She can’t smile or say hi to the customers either rude lady with no customer service
