   I had a fantastic experience at Boots Pharmacy at Bentalls this morning . I had a sore throat and the pharmacist Mahmood, provided to me an excellent service through the Pharmacy First . He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to manage the sore throat issue. His advice was really helpful, and I truly appreciate his kindness and expertise. Thank you, Mahmood, for your outstanding care , I highly recommend this pharmacy.

   Chinese woman about 40ish working in the pharmacy is very rude. Questioned me about my health issues in front of other customers on a sensitive issue. I feel that politeness is a very British quality and one that we value. This woman is super rude and I won’t be going there again.

   I’m very disappointed about the new pharmacist I came in 2 days ago and been told there is no pharmacist and they do not know when she will be here, I came back today I had to wait for 1 hour to speak to her even she’s been serving other people. I only needed consultation for 5 minutes very rude definitely not coming back here waisted half of my day just to get 5 minutes consultation…..

   I am very disapointed with the attitude of the tall black sales lady, doesnt know how to take payment on giftcard ..waiting there for 10mins , and then she called the manager and the manager started tk shout at me in front of my kid...very bad rude customer service.

   Absolutely disgrace! Suggest you re-train your pharmacy dispensers!!!! My son took a nhs prescription for 2 items. 1 in stock, 1 had to be ordered. Dispenser refused my son's prescription on a part dispense!!! Absolutely ridiculous service. My son actually said please take my script, i will take 1 item & wait for the other... Dispenser still refused???!!! How on earth do you run your pharmacy???? I am a Pharmacy Advisor & have never heard of anything so ridiculous!! Obviously your pharmacy staff can't be bothered or are under trained??? Which hasn't helped my son with his prescription, normal FP10 Hospital prescribed. Prehaps this is why BOOTS are losing customers???.....

   The pharmacy is so disorganised. Twice they have messed up my prescriptions. And adding insult to injury, the pharmacist (Daniel) on duty is so arrogant and ignorant. And keep customers waiting as if they are always busy even though there was no customer around.
